About Ethan
As the owner of Legacy Property Resolutions, Ethan takes a personal approach to every property owner he meets. He believes in the importance of listening, going above and beyond, and doing whatever is necessary to help others! Ethan treats every property transaction with the same care and integrity as if it were his own home, focusing on getting the job done in the best interest of each property owner and their specific situation.
Ethan is a 2026 graduate of Alma College where he was a 4 year collegiate football player. During his time at Alma, Ethan learned to embody the phrase "KILTSTYLE", a slogan for the football team. "KILTSTYLE" is an acronym that stands for "Kinship", "Integrity", "Love", and "Tenacity. Although his athletic career is over, Ethan carries these values in his everyday life and through every property transaction he is a part of.
